Class WindStorm
Object for storing data on the exposure to wind or storm
Strong Wind consists of damaging winds, often originating from thunderstorms, that are classified as exceeding 58 miles per hour (mph).
Using inherited data from the NatCatGeneral object as well as also including the Radius object for stating how many windstorms have occured whithin a given radius and the estimated percent chance of damaging wind occuring whithin a defined radius and a 10 year time period
