Currencies

This enumeration type is used to describe which currency is being used in monetary data points

This uses official ISO 4217 currency names and includes the currencies that we currently are using within the platform. For the list of all active codes see here.

Demolition

This enumeration type is used to describe the type of Demolition for a rebuild cost analysis of an asset

This contains the options that could be picked from a drop down menu in the UI for the type of Demolition, including Normal and Constrictive.

ExternalWorks

This enumeration type is used to describe which type of External Work is required for a location

This contains the options that could be picked from a drop down menu in the UI for the type of external works, including None, Minimal, Average and Extensive.

This enumeration type is used to describe which identifier type is needed to be able to query for the data

A switch used to store our designation for the asset as Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use

This enumeration type is used to describe the type of residential property.

This is using the RICS list of residential property descriptions.
