This enumeration type is used to describe the type of residential property.

| Bungalow | A residential building only one storey in height. |
| FlatConversion | A flat or block of flats within a residential building which has been converted into flats. |
| House | A residential building with only one set of occupants, not split into separate dwellings. |
| PurposeFlat | A flat or block of flats which were purpose built. |
